Urbania International reinforces its presence on the Costa del Sol with the acquisition of two adjacent plots in the best residential area of Malaga capital: El Limonar.
El Limonar was developed mainly during the XIX and XX centuries. Many of the residents were English families responsible for the economic development of the city and its surroundings. Since that time, Limonar has continued to be one of the best areas of the capital of the Costa del Sol.
Located very close to the old town and the sea, it is perfectly communicated with access to the freeway towards the north.
The two plots together have an a surface of 1,863 m2 with the authorization to build 10 apartments.
The total buildable area is 1,230 m2. The project includes the construction of two buildings with 5 apartments, each including an attic. All apartments will face southeast and enjoy common areas with swimming pool and relaxation area, as well as underground parking for residents.
